Today, we are one of the only UK providers with a fully-certified process for retrofitting seatbelts to the Wrightbus Gemini – an installation pull-tested and proven at the University of Wolverhampton.

Buses to our depot
We’re easy to find – located just outside central Birmingham, off the A38(M). Our pull-tested and proven process for retrofitting seatbelts to the Wrightbus Gemini takes place here.

We make space for belts
Our experienced engineering team removes existing seats and handrails, before welding brackets, drilling fixing points, strengthening wheel arches and rear seats – and making space to secure new belt fittings.

The fitting
We’ll install your seatbelts, along with any padding and compliant handrails your bus will need to achieve certification. If your bus is already PSVAR-compliant, we’ll make sure it stays that way. If you want to upseat, just let us know.

DVSA re-certification
The final step is to re-certify your bus with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA). Your bus is now back on the road and ready to generate income.
